I scheduled a paid consultation with high expectations going into the process, but unfortunately my experience fell short. The consultation felt subpar. I was also informed that the retainer is nonrefundable, with additional monthly fees that accumulate separately into a bill. Given that structure, I expected a more thorough and informative consultation before making any decision to proceed. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations.

I had to go back to court for a second time after my daughter's dad filed for full custody and child support after I was awarded both 8 years previously. After meeting Ms. Brittany Pinson for the first time she was honest in that she had not yet tried a child custody case, however, there was just something about her that made me want her to represent and fight for me. She's an extremely genuine, patient and relatable intellectual who fights fiercely. I tell everyone she appears small and sweet but in the courtroom she is a pit-bull! She was very thorough. I gave her TONS of paperwork, information, pretty much anything I could find in regards to my case and was impressed that she remembered absolutely everything. Even what appeared to be small insignificant things mentioned in passing, she could refer back to in court or questioning that made a world of difference in the case. I truly felt as if she cared just as much as I did about my case and my family. After having a lawyer like her advocate and fight for me the way she did I wouldn't want anyone else. She is truly there for her clients and cares about them, their families and their future. Ms. Pinson is definitely the dog you want in the fight and I mean that in the best way possible.
