I went into the firm expecting to be laughed out of the building but it was just the opposite. My experience was one of someone listening and was very serious about my wellbeing after years of telling my story I felt that someone actually cared about what I was explaining. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m going through a custody battle looking for counsel and I called up there and the lady who answered was so rude no customer service, dry answers, really pushed me away from continuing my call with her. If she’s the lady who is getting clients in I would reconsider her as an employee. This one star has nothing to do with the attorneys. Really felt pushed away. And that could correlate with the attorneys that represent you because if she’s like that then it could acceptable in this establishment.
