I cannot say enough good things about Sessums Law Group, and especially my attorney, Mark Sessums. I initially hired a different attorney who had been recommended by several people, but I quickly realized I wasn’t receiving the level of support needed for a high-conflict case. Making the decision to switch attorneys was the best decision I could have made. The difference was night and day. From the moment Mark and his team stepped in, they were incredibly responsive, organized, and thorough. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the legal process, and carefully counteract the false statements being made by opposing counsel. In a high-conflict case, that level of attention to detail and preparation is critical. Mark and his team did an outstanding job preparing me for trial and making sure every detail of the case was documented and organized. At the same time, he was also incredibly supportive during moments when I felt emotionally drained and just wanted the process to be over. He listened, showed empathy for what I was going through, and helped guide me through the process with both strategy and understanding. Looking back, I only wish I had hired him from the very beginning. If you are going through a high-conflict divorce and need an attorney who is responsive, strategic, and truly invested in protecting your interests, I would absolutely recommend Mark Sessums and the entire team at Sessums Law Group.

I scheduled a paid consultation with high expectations going into the process, but unfortunately my experience fell short. The consultation felt subpar. I was also informed that the retainer is nonrefundable, with additional monthly fees that accumulate separately into a bill. Given that structure, I expected a more thorough and informative consultation before making any decision to proceed. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations.
