I scheduled a paid consultation with high expectations going into the process, but unfortunately my experience fell short. The consultation felt subpar. I was also informed that the retainer is nonrefundable, with additional monthly fees that accumulate separately into a bill. Given that structure, I expected a more thorough and informative consultation before making any decision to proceed. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations.

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m going through a custody battle looking for counsel and I called up there and the lady who answered was so rude no customer service, dry answers, really pushed me away from continuing my call with her. If she’s the lady who is getting clients in I would reconsider her as an employee. This one star has nothing to do with the attorneys. Really felt pushed away. And that could correlate with the attorneys that represent you because if she’s like that then it could acceptable in this establishment.

Our goal at Sessums Law Group is to meet your needs. We do have support staff who have extensive experience in scheduling consultations who respond to all inquiries for representation. This potential client called in and was advised that for answers to any specific questions that a consultation would be needed. The support staff are not lawyers and can’t give legal advice or answer any specific questions about the case. This potential client thanked the support staff responding to him and advised they would call back for an appointment and never followed up with a return call. We are sorry if the response was perceived as rude, it was a business attempt to facilitate an appointment. We are unclear what wasn’t done that was needed, but if the potential client needs an appointment, I will respond in detail to any questions he may have. Mark Sessums

I heard wonderful things about Mr. Sessums, but unfortunately he disappointed. I don't have issues with his legal advice, however he was rude, condescending, and misogynistic. I did not pay for a consultation with him because I wanted to be told what I want to hear. I went to him expecting compassion and understanding before advising me. He made assumptions and treated me as if I was on the witness stand. I felt attacked and rushed. I am absolutely shocked and disappointed. He is not the honorable person I believed him to be.

Mark A. Sessums Law Firm is an Extraordinary company/lawyer. I will suggest or refer anyone in need of a lawyer to contact this firm. He first showed compassion to me at my home, yes he does home visit. After that, he went to work for "ME". His staff was wonderful and caring group of people as well, it shows that they are a Team fighting for their customers rights. No Complaint, No Worries, No Distractions, Absolutely THE BEST ATTORNEY IN FLORIDA!!!! Hands Down.
