I had to go back to court for a second time after my daughter's dad filed for full custody and child support after I was awarded both 8 years previously. After meeting Ms. Brittany Pinson for the first time she was honest in that she had not yet tried a child custody case, however, there was just something about her that made me want her to represent and fight for me. She's an extremely genuine, patient and relatable intellectual who fights fiercely. I tell everyone she appears small and sweet but in the courtroom she is a pit-bull! She was very thorough. I gave her TONS of paperwork, information, pretty much anything I could find in regards to my case and was impressed that she remembered absolutely everything. Even what appeared to be small insignificant things mentioned in passing, she could refer back to in court or questioning that made a world of difference in the case. I truly felt as if she cared just as much as I did about my case and my family. After having a lawyer like her advocate and fight for me the way she did I wouldn't want anyone else.
